CDジャケットとして馴染みのある写真でしたので、とても驚きました。プールで泳いでいる裸の赤ちゃんが象徴的なジャケットです。その裸の赤ちゃんとして撮影された方が、現在30歳とのことですが、この写真を「児童ポルノ」であると主張し、「性的搾取」として訴えるというニュースです。
過去のことすべてに時効があるとは思いませんが、こうした訴えが成立するとなれば、過去に遡って現在の基準から様々な訴えを起こす可能性があることになるのでしょうか。
